Curriculum Vitae

Edita Gudauskienė has accumulated a substantial amount of professional experience in the energy sector, having worked and managed various departments of an energy distribution operator. During her professional career, Edita Gudauskienė has participated in the development of important energy projects for Lithuania, such as market liberalisation, preparation for the introduction of smart meters, implementation of the connection of consumers producing electricity to the electricity distribution grid, etc.

Prior to her appointment as Vice Minister of Energy, E. Gudauskienė was employed in real estate development companies, where she was responsible for managing sales teams and developing and implementing long-term strategies.

E. Gudauskienė is a graduate of Kaunas University of Technology, where she obtained her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering.

The areas of expertise of E. Gudauskienė include customer experience management, process efficiency improvement and digitalisation, strategy development and implementation, and project management.
