The Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania (Lithuanian: Lietuvos Respublikos energetikos ministerija) is a government department of the Republic of Lithuania. Its operations are authorized by the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania, decrees issued by the President and Prime Minister, and laws passed by the Seimas (Parliament). Its mission is to prosecute policy of government of Lithuania in fuel, electricity, thermo-energy production and supply for Lithuania economy.

Ministry of Energy was set up after Lithuania regained independance in 1990. Leonas Vaidotas Ašmantas was appointed as the first Minister of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania.

Later in 1997, the Ministry was abolished. All former functions of Energy Ministry were tranfered to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania.
The Ministry of Energy was restored again in 2009 after the reform of the Ministry of Economy (which remains responsible for business innovation and investment).

The current head of the Ministry is Mr. Dainius Kreivys.
